1. No Refund Policy
SHAART LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is a service-based software company specializing in labor-intensive services including but not limited to software development, social media management, and automation tools. All payments made for our services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-paid services, subscriptions, and one-time service fees.
2. Payment Errors and Discrepancies
Immediate Notification: Customers must notify SHAART LLC of any payment discrepancies, errors, or issues within 48 hours of the transaction. This notification must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through our designated support channels.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargeback Process: If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication and attempts to resolve the issue with SHAART LLC, customers will be liable for any associated fees or penalties imposed by the payment processor. SHAART LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and recover any funds.
Chargeback Fees: Customers will be responsible for all chargeback fees incurred, including but not limited to administrative fees, bank fees, and legal fees, should a chargeback be processed against SHAART LLC.
4. Dispute Resolution and Legal Remedies
Internal Resolution: SHAART LLC is committed to resolving payment disputes in a fair and prompt manner. Customers should exhaust all available internal communication channels before seeking external resolution
Legal Action: In cases where disputes or chargebacks are not resolved satisfactorily, SHAART LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover unpaid amounts, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
5. Policy Enforcement
Acknowledgment of Terms: By making a payment to SHAART LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. If customers do not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using our services and making payments.
