Violations of these rules will result in a penalty of ten times the minimum service charge and immediate cancellation of your service.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees: Our services are billed on an hourly or labor basis as detailed in the service agreement. All payments must be made via our designated payment processors, including Stripe or other authorized methods.

No Refund Policy: SHAART LLC operates on a non-refundable basis. Once a payment is made, it is final. If you make an incorrect payment, you must contact us immediately before reporting the issue to your bank or merchant. You are required to reach out to us at least 3 to 5 times before escalating the matter to your bank.

Private Information: All information provided to you and all information you provide to us is considered confidential. You agree to handle this information with the highest level of security and not to share or misuse it.

Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Any breach of data privacy will result in immediate service termination and possible legal actions.

6. Termination

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your service immediately for any breach of these terms or if we determine that your behavior is inconsistent with our values and principles. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and you will be liable for any outstanding charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

SHAART LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Braunfels, Texas.
